1. You will receive a FREE initial consultation in person or by phone where together we will complete a project questionaire to determine your needs - quick & easy! You will receive a quote on the spot or within the next 24 hours.

2. Upon approval, you will receive a work order contract that will map out Webfoot Studios and your deliverables, prices/payment schedules, timelines and project parameters. No surprises.

3.When Webfoot Studios has receipt of the signed work order, startup deliverables and agreed upon retainer, you will be placed into our project schedule. An online project management login will then be provided where you will have access to all documents, timetables, contact information and live project development.

4. We will assist you in registering your domain name of choice. We also host client websites on GONEGREENHosting.com @ $15.00 per month. This is a 130% wind-powered server and gives an easy to use interface for website and email management.

5. Mockups (creatives) are now presented for approval. Here is where graphics, layout, colors and fonts are prepared to give you the custom look and feel for your website.

6. Navigation and functionality are mapped out to deliver your site goals and prototypes presented for your approval.

7. After approval we build your new website from agreed upon specifications which includes a CSS layout, keyword placement and formatted content for the online audience.

8. Testing, testing, testing. Testing of website for multi browser and cross-platform compatibility as well as download time check. Quality assessment and corrections (if any) will be made. Interactive features will also be tested.

9. E-mail setup from your list of email addresses - ie. yourname@yoursite.com. You will receive instructions for local computer setup as well as access to Webmail.

10. Upon final approval, your site is launched. Please note that it normally will take 24 to 72 hours to propagate the internet once the site files are placed on your server. Once "Live" your Website will be seen by anyone with an internet connection and a Web browser.

11. We will submit your Web address to all top search engines, such as Google, Yahoo, AOL, Altavista, MSN for indexing.
